the staff was very polite and cute, allowing me to check in early and check out late due to my travel plans. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities like a comfortable bed, a smart TV, a mini-fridge with water, and a spacious modern bathroom. breakfast was delicious and varied. I must mention that the hotel's proximity to the airport made traveling to and from the city an effortless experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a short 20 to 25-dollar cab ride to and from the airport. it was conveniently situated in the center of town, close to local restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options including fresh vegetables and a tasty omelette. We were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and room advantages.

The only small disappointment was the lack of a bell boy and language assistance.

Moderately priced hotel located in a nice area next to the new Istanbul airport and shops. I had cozy twin room with coffee and complementary tea and a wonderful complimentary breakfast. All the employees were beautiful and helpful. Meals here were great and different. Do n't forget to explore Basaksehir district.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow also the bed of mine was too soft.

The breakfast was great and the room wasvery comfy and tidy. When I arrived, my first room wasn't ready but the staff quickly provided me with a new room. I had a good stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

The immediate area is peaceful with beautiful natural surroundings and a must-visit mosque nearby.

The thermal insulation in the rooms could be improved, as there seemed to be some temperature issues. The breakfast could also be better, with a wider selection or an extension of the breakfast hours to accommodate those who prefer to sleep in during their vacation.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with stylish modern bathrooms. The staff at the reception are efficient, helpful, and friendly. Additionally, the buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from.

As a tourist, I really appreciated the helpful staff and the nice amenities offered at the hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast spread was good, although I would have loved to see more continental options like croissants and omelets. The location, although a bit far from the new Istanbul airport, was convenient for me as there was a market nearby. it was a pleasant stay.
